We all know that diamonds are a girls best friend, so when I came across these amazing due punti silicon diamond rings, I knew it was love at first sight!
Diamond rings, in silicon and wit 16 bright bold colours to choose from! What more could I ask for? So, I did some research on where I could get my hands on a few of these little gems (without having to head to Milan, Italy) and came across Paradises Facet 58 Jewellers at Pacific Fair in Qld – given I was going to be on the coast the week before christmas, perfecto!
Whilst on the coast, I had the pleasure of meeting Kym Paradise – Director, Designer and Diamond extraordinaire of Paradise’s Facet 58 Jewellers to inspect these “must haves”.

Now to decision time, what colours to purchase??? At only $99 for a 0.02 carrot, I softly suggested to my husband that should he not know what to get me for Christmas, I had ah an idea.
Long and short of it, there were 4 colours, I simply couldn’t live without, so thank you to my beautiful husband, son and parents for spoiling me this Christmas. They come in 3 sizes, S, M and L. S for slim fingers, M for average size fingers and L for bigger hands. Don’t be scared to purchase online or over the phone if you can’t locate one close to home. It’s been a while

It’s been a while, quite a while since I have written….where has time gone? I now have the most beautiful little (or not so little man) 10 weeks old on Tuesday. How life has changed but for the better. There really is something special about being a mum. As I was sitting up feeding at 2.45 am this morning, after the fire alarm had gone off in the building we are staying in at the moment, I had this urge, this stronger than strong sense to start writing again. All this inspiration just began to pour through my brain, just as I should have been winding down and thinking about going back to bed. So here I am, now 4.20am. So, what lies ahead in the coming weeks….as much as I’d love to say days, it’s a tad harder to write everyday when you have a little squid – he’s good one, but when he sleeps it’s like everything is on fast forward and you have such a small period of time to put the washing on, hang the washing out, fold the washing, make the bed (oh’ hang on the bed fairy does that), have a shower, eat and bang time to feed again.
Exploring the world as a new mum has meant entering the whole world of baby and with that comes fashion and accessories. Having consulted to a pram accessories company for the past couple of years, I wasn’t totally foreign to everything but being in the thick of it, certainly is an eye opener.
So, in the coming weeks expect the unexpected….
Yes this is Jackson, our gorgeous little man when he was 2 days old in Oct - seems like an eternity ago already!
